About Me

Hello All I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Susan Hagen and I created this blog to share what I have learned through the years about creating change in your professional and business life through positive and motivational techniques. These techniques I have learned through formal education and through self teaching throughout my life. Some of the posts also touch on theories and practices that I have researched and want to share in a quick and easy format. "Let's talk training" is training the mind to achieve more through techniques and theories in business development. A bit about me I have a Bachelors in Business and Masters Certification in Project Management. I have also studied Personal Coaching and have a Masters in Organizational Development. I have over 20 years experience working for some of the top companies in the country in Project Management, Changement, Training and Financial Analysis. I owned several companies and am now the owner of a business coaching and virtual training company.
